I have lived here for a year and plan to renew. I have had nothing but a good experience living here. The people living here are friendly and the neighbors all seem to want to get to know you. The pool area also has a volleyball court. In the summer it is very busy with local friends coming to have some fun. Everyone seems to know everyone for the most part. The management seems to be very laid back and allows you to feel at home here without any hassels or drama about every little thing. They take notice to what is important. I am however stating my opinion about the side I live on which is the gated side. I don't know anything or anyone on the other side of this complex.I recommend it highly if your looking to feel relaxed in your enviroment.
