Let me just start out by saying there is no consistency with the management.

Maintanence is terrible. They will only half fix it if they think it will save a buck. The tile in my bathroom started fall out and it revealed mold. Yes the green and black nasty stuff that makes you sick. I asked to have it removed and all the management did was slap up some new tile and call it fixed. Three weeks later it started falling apart again.

In the summer, the fence around the pool fell over and it took a month to fix. There is no cleanliness efforts made around the pool or buildings by the maintenance dept. However if your kids leave a toy by the door management is threatning eviction.

Management will send letters complaining about clutter and noise, and how it is a violation of lease, yet someone can sublet their apt and management does nothing about it.

There are kids playing with real guns, and nothing being done. Management is useless, maintenance is worse and the tenants are either victims or criminals.

This is the worst set of statements I have ever read about this apartment community, and I believe it is completely false. I love living at these apartments (aside from noisy neighbors above me)! I would never want to leave because it is like having a vacation year-round. So, to whomever posted this, you're completely WRONG and don't know what you're talking about!
