I have lived here for eleven months now. Got a divorce, sold a beautiful house and went back to apartment living, which at first I was not looking forward to. After being here less than a year, I don't know that I would ever go back to being a homeowner. Maintenance is great, they have to fix things within two business days, or you earn free rent, so the people that say that their problems aren't corrected are just lying. (who would complain about free rent'''')

The girls in the office are always very nice. Amanda and Jalpha are as helpful as they can be! Yes, the spider webs suck, but I had to deal with that when I had a house, not much you can do about that, right' And I have had some crazy neighbors, but management has always been quick to deal with any issues. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Lady get real, you can't speak for everyone only yourself. They have never notified us that if things are not fixed in 2 business days then there is free rent. That is a load of --------. maintenance is sorry too, it takes them forever to get to my apartment. Here is an example of how this apartment complex sucks: my tub was peeling paint(health hazard) and the came and repainted it twice. They finally agreed to replace it, but it took TWO MONTHS for me to get a new tub, plus I have a 1 year old that loves playing in the tub. Now how perfect is your Mariner's Wharf. DON'T MOVE HERE PEOPLE!!!
