Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
I have lived her for two and a half years. I decided to go month to month at the end of my second lease. The roof on my building leaked for a year and the management refused to fix it stating that it wasn't due for replacement for another year! The management decided to give me a 60 day notice boosting my rent to $1620 from $960. That's indicative of the way the treat renters who are quiet and pay their rent on time! DO NOT move here!!!
