First off let see the crime is horrible around here if you have young children that are old enough to be outside by their self you will have people coming up to them asking them where they live and how many people live in their house where they can kill them. Yeah nice right. It happened to my neighbors kids. About a month ago someone tried to steal my husbands car three weeks prior to that someone broke into my neighbors car and stole is stero equiptment and everything. First of all if the gate ever worked it would probably help the situation some. We talked to Amanda in the office which i cant believe they would even hire someone like that talk about stupid that a nice word to describe her. We let the office know of the breakins going on did they ever send out a letter to let people know. NO. The management team are the worse people i have ever dealt with Japha was the only really nice one. These apartments are a piece of crap if you dont sign a long lease you can count on your rent going up at least a hundred dollars everytime you renew your lease.Our rent went from 900 to 1000 in 6 months but they wanted it to go up to 1125 yeah ridiculous. We have some neighbors that live above us they are paying only 860 a month for the same floor plan rip off dont you think' As far as the pool goes there are always tampoons and condoms floating around in it. There is always litter everywhere. The GATE NEVER WORKS even though they advertise gated community. Oh yeah here is a good one if you want to get held up at gunpoint putting your child into the car this is definately the place to move. Calling the corporate office does not solve your problems in fact you never even get a call back i am speaking for other tenants that i know of other than myself. So if safety is a big factor in finding a place to live dont move here. We are moving out so good luck to the ones who live here.It doesnt get any better! The only good thing about this place is there are two really nice maintenance guys who have always helped me out other than that it sucks.
