I have lived at Mariner's Wharf off and on for ten years, moving twice only for business relocation reasons. But I always come back to this community, the place I and my daugther call home.

Each of the three units in which I have lived have been on the waterfront, so I am greeted every morning by mallards, egrets, and other waterfowl. Also, it always strikes me as quite amusing when I see ducks swimming in the pool instead of the vast lake that is at the center of the community!

The quality of life here at Mariner's Wharf is wonderful, especially considering the prompt attention of the staff and maintenance crew. Although problems will sometimes arise, as they do in any community, the staff at Mariner's Wharf attends to them promptly and with great skill.

This community is located at an almost equidistant point between the capital cities of Duval and Clay counties. As a lawyer who practices in both areas, this is the perfect location for me.

I highly recommend Mariner's Wharf as a place that you too can call home.
