This place was very nice when we first moved in last November. We have lived for about 6 months and it has gone downhill very quickly. First of all, our a/c is not working properly. Our electric bill is outrageous, it has been $140 a month every month and we live in a 1 bedroom. That is way to much for a 1 bedroom. We have called the front office about it for the past 3 weeks and maintenance has done nothing to fix it. Not to mention that they aren't very friendly. The spider webs in the breezeway are disgusting. As soon as you walk outside they are everywhere. Their are tons of spiders. In the past month 2 motorcycles have been stolen from the property and a person got robbed walking to the mailboxes to check the mail. How scary is that. We moved here because it was close to NAS the Navy base. We are active military. I highly recommend that you do not move here.
