There are a number of reasons why I would not recommend Mariners Wharf. Maintenance was very poor. We had a problem with our refrigerator, which stopped working on several occasions, and it took five maintenance trips before they agreed to replace it. Also, this is a very unsafe neighborhood. During our one year stay there was a robbery at gun point and a break-in. As for the actual apartment, the kitchen is very small and there is not enough storage. Our third floor apartment had horrible water pressure which, we were told, could not be fixed.
