I have lived here for about 8 months. Of course when they show you the model room it looks great. So my roommate and I got stuck on the left side (the old side I guess). Dishwasher broke, toliets worked funny, front door is slanted a bit and you can feel the cold air come underneath, flooring is not that great in the kitchen or bathroom, my bathroom always seems like smoke (and we don't smoke!), and the list goes on. The staff is friendly and they come the same day when you call about a problem which is great. But overall, you pay WAY too much for a "not so good" (in a polite way) apartment. Parking, neighbors, etc is good though. But it is probably better to waste your money elsewhere.
