I lived here 3 years I guess I would of renewed my lease except there was a hole where the seams were ripping in livingroom carpet and I had asked them to replace it and they stated that the carpet was on ly 5 years old and they hadn't gotten the use out of it yet. So they wanted to raise my rent and wouldn't replace my carpet it was also dyed when we moved in the carpet layer stated but that he couldn't replace it it would cost him his job. Garbage disosal went out and the repair man stated that they couldn't replace it it wasn't in there budget for the month. I told him the rent wasn't in my budget for the month either and they replaced it. You can hear the neighbors above you stomping and yelling. They painted over everything even wallpaper they said they would do things and don't. If you are not home early you won't have a place to park.
