I have lived here for four months, I would not reccomend even looking at this place. The staff is nice until you sign the lease, I have had a staff hang up on me on the phone... How professional is that. The apartment is in desperate need of some upgarding, The kitchen has salmon pink counter tops, the manolium is pale blue with old designs, and the drawer space is horable in the kitchen. Before you move in the company paints every room, but it is done horably, there was paint on the counter tops, carpet and windows. The pool is not kept up by maintenance at all, theres stains where leaves are left, tile is crackin, the lawn furniture is digusting. The hot tub is always broken and nasty, only one jet works and its almost always half full. Security, What sercurity''' There is no longer a gate, no alrm system, only one lock on the doors in the apartment (by the way I can pop very easily). The only sercurity guard lives here, but hes a cop so by the time he gets home he doesn't want to go back out. Hes not a real sercurity guard, the staff call him the neighborhood watch. O' theres a lake but its over grown with water moccasinns, how nice.
The only nice thing about this place is the floorplans, if only this place got all new management and did alot of TLC.
