This neighborhood seems pretty decent...I do not live here but my family lives here and am thinking about heading this way. The apartments inside are nice...Newly remodeled and freshly painted buildings, private patios (2 entry ways). All townhouses are 2 stories and decently sized...My only problem is that all three times I've tried to come to the office, It is always closed! If anyone can reply to this about the safety at night, maintenance, etc. please do! Thanks.

I have lived here for four yrs, no safety problems. Management and maintenance are a big problem, just like they aren't available to talk to you about leasing- they will not be available to repair your a.c., heat, or water pouring through your ceiling. However, management and mainenance has a high turn over and some are better than others, the current manager blows. I wish my unit was remodeled but when I moved in they were still decorated like the 70's and they never updated my unit with the rest yet I pay the same rent... sucks to be me.
