You definitely get what you pay for here. I only lived here a couple of months before I couldn't take it anymore. There were loud parties every weekend, police were constently there, kids run around unsupervised, staff is cocky and rude. Didn't stay there long enough to see how maintenance was. It is a very ghetto little crap hole. I didn't feel safe walking up the stairs to my apartment each night, and I constantely worried about my vehicle being broken into. Once again, you get what you pay for!!
