Now going by the name Arbors at Orange Park. I guess they had to change their name to attract tenants because this place sucks! We've been here since March 2006 and it has gotten steadily worse. We've been through several management companies. This newest one is the absolute worst. Maintenance crew is a bunch of kids that do nothing but play football in the parking lot. You can't ever get anything fixed. It took 6 weeks to get a new dishwasher when ours broke, they tried to tell us there was nothing wrong with our heater when it was set at 75 and only 60 degrees in the apartment. They claim they never had a key to our apartment which is a lie and have refused to change our lock when we expressed concern about them losing our key and someone being able to get in. Now I feel real safe--NOT! They allow 8 adults to live in one apartment and have 5 cars in the parking lot. That certainly doesn't leave room for the other 3 apartments on that side of the building to park. This is the WORST place I ever lived and can't wait to get out. Definitely not worth it for $800/month.
