i live in these apartments for a year and today there was a squirrel in my apartment, which is icing on the cake. i am now going to the office in the morning to break my lease! the sherrif's office is constantly coming to these apartments for reasons that the management and maintenance should handle. i saw the maintenance crew today and told them about the squirrel and they said to handle it on my own! well needless to say i am not going to fight a squirrel so i called animal control which wouldnt do anything so i called the police. they came and spotted many things wrong with the apartment! they said there are wires that should be covered up and obviousy they are not up to code! they also said there was a mold issue and that it was a fire hazard for many reasons too many to state! all these people care about is you signing the lease and pay your rent and dont bother them or they get mad! i would never recommend these apartments! my next door neighbor had a squirrel in there apartment and the apartment complex told them to handle it themselves and the squirrel bite him and he went to the hospital and found out it had rabies! needless to say they broke their lease and moved that day! they are worthless people that manage these apartments!! the maintenance even told me themselves all the apartments get squireels and rats inside them!! i will be moving tomorrow!!!!! good luck if u plan on moving here!!
