Great service from day one. My air conditioner was blowing warm air. In less than 24 hours a maintenance man surveyed the problem and that same day had a brand new air conditioner installed. Any maintenance issue I have ever had is handled quickly and efficiently. Which can also be said of the staff at the renting office. I love comming home here too because of the grounds...my window faces trees and a large pond and its spacious and serene. Great view to unwind the day with.
