Not bad at all From: NEOBallzay Date posted: 6/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I enjoyd my time in Waterford apartments. It was pretty quiet and I never had any maintenace problems. They started jacking up the rent and that was about the only problem.
