This complex is terrible, I've lived here 23 1/2 months and have had three very disruptive neighbors, two military and one civilian. Their conduct was and is absolutely TERRIBLE. I have Police reports and copies of complaints to management, and their usual answer is " We'll take care of it ". They send out " 7 Day Letters" which are worthless and the tenants know it so they don't change their behavior. I'm retired military and I must say I'm ashamed of what the single Navy Personnel get away with, but it boils down to " MONEY ". Equity wants the money because they know they don't have to worry about late rent payments because it is paid by direct deposits into their accounts. The past two managers have done nothing to correct the problems, so be ready to put up with loud boom boxes, drunken behavior in the parking lots and balconies in the early hours of the morning. My advice to anyone considering this complex, beware, and stay away from anything that belongs to Equity because nothing will be done to protect your ability to live a normal life. There are so many reasons not to live here, and not enough room to put it all in this post. " STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX "
