In the beginning I was a bit disappointed. I moved in finding hair balls, fleas, and an allergy outbreak due to the last tenants owning cats. But as soon as I brought this to management, it was taken care of immediately. Fleas were gone and carpet was re-cleaned within 1 wk if notification. Management is awesome and the location is great. Big name restaurants and the mall is within walking distance. The only downside is traffic. Rush hour and Fri/Sat nights can be a nightmare so plan accordingly. But overall, I love this place! Reasonably priced and close to base (we're flight students).

For those who complain about mgmt being terrible, I disagree. Mgmt has been on top of everything and has been there if we ever needed anything. So whoever keeps bitching about mgmt being terrible can just stick it.

Oh, and military gets ridiculous discounts. So inquiry because youll definitely be pocketing some BAH.
