experience overall was ok, ample parking, maintenance was delayed in response for most of the time if you have an emergency it can wait until the next day. Office staff was nice, but the apartments need some updating and care.
I love these apartments, they are very clean and in a convenient location the staff is very friendly and have helped me in every way that i asked even after hours i would definitely recommend the Waterford at Orange Park
