I have lived here for about a year, and have seen more crime in this apartment community then anywhere else somewhat of an exaggeration, but not by much. The hot tub at the one pool has broken for the remainder of the year I have lived here not to mention the grounds of the property is not well kept up. I am tired of most of the gym equipment being broken and ancient and the pools not to well maintained. I also see even though it is only my opionin that there is a lot of steering that goes on in this community for example all ------- American's seem to be placed in one spot as all single people in one and families as well as other minorities. If you like a well maintained place and prompt timely maintence issues being resolved this is not the place for you.

ive lived here for a few months now and i have no complaints at all. the property does get taken care of i think i would know since i get woke up from them mowing all the time. So what sometimes the gym stuff breaks maybe cuz little kids go in there and mess it up. which i have seen. and the pools are nice as well. the hot tub is hot the jets just are not working..boohoo you cant have everthing perfect and if you think that you might as well buy your own apartment community and make it how you like n try to keep it perfect. lets see how far you get :)
