Oak Forest Apartments 15% Recommended May 09 2008: Now going by the name Arbors at Orange Park. I guess they had to change their name to attract tenants because this place sucks! We've been here since March 2006 and it has gotten steadily worse. We've been through several Jennifer Green Apartments 18% Recommended May 05 2008: I moved in in Feb. and I really like my apartment. It has new appliances and new cabinet s new carpet. I haven t had any problems yet and hope fully I won t. I have lived in a few Bridgewater Apartments 100% Recommended Mar 20 2008: I would rate this complex A-1 they stay on top of all work orders and any issue that presents itself. You will have joy and peace when you make Bridgewater your home. Lighthouse Court 38% Recommended Mar 01 2008: After reading several reviews before we moved to Florida, we decided that L@FI was not a good choice, however after actually touring the property and many others we chose a 2b/2b apartment here. Maybe these apartments were crappy in the Bellair Apartments 44% Recommended Feb 28 2008: We lived there for 2 years and had the worst time with inept management, constant maintenance problems, and shady neighbors.
