04/08/14 by mrmiddendorf125@yahoo.com: They don't allow dogs besides sugar dogs which one is a full size so its ok for a few but discriminates to the other guests who have to leave there babies where they can find. And cats are also ok so it is animal discrimination. Also I have to go 3x minimum to get my card fixed to get in my door even when lobby's closed and have had to wait.for being new amdities they are a little grimmey more

02/26/14 by kyrollosvi: I just moved in a couple weeks ago. The staff is very friendly, patient and conscientious. there is plenty of parking and I was pleased to see a person in charge of security who is watching and following all activity in and out of the grounds. maintenance team is professional and courteous. So far I am pleased to make the move into this place. I brought in my own washer and dryer and it was more

05/06/14 by anonymous: The leasing office puts up a front. They act like they care but once you sign your lease they just want your money without doing their job. Anthony is very condescending. The others just go along with each other and make it seem like there are "sides" as if it's the tenants versus the leasing office or something. It's ridiculous! Alba is actually pretty helpful sometimes. The more

08/08/13 by Verified Resident: This is a very pet friendly community. The grounds for the most part are nice. Once they complete all of the renovations and upgrades it will be a complete joy to live here.

Likes and Dislikes: The staff here are very friendly and kind. They are always open to hearing what you have to say, and they are immediately responsive and take action to get things done for you. The new owners of the more

07/23/14 by anonymous: After living in hotels for over 3wks. with an 8yr old & a 5month old, Buchanan Bay was the fastest apartment my family could get into & a relief. Consequently after 3 months, due to the arguments over trying to maintain any level of clean while living in a roach nest with babies & storing our food in our van (which now has roaches too) because the pantry & cabinets aren't fit for human use, more

Me being the person I am I let it slide. Biggest mistake of my life!!!!! First couple of days being in the house there were big Cockroaches (a more

06/25/14 by vera1079: Do Not waste your time renting an apaftment here. We have lived here for a year overall it was very nice. The grounds are well kept and maintained. It is quite and peacefull. However when it comes to renewing your lease you will be in for a big surprise. Upon recieving our lease renewal rent was going up over $100.00 in one shot. Completly shocked, we have rented in the past and expected the rent more

02/04/14 by Totalkentrol: Dear Dissatisfied, If you were so displeased with the service and living accommodations you experienced during your stay at the apartment complex, why did you stay so long (2011-2014)? Prescient people catch on much faster than that, only the obtuse or the prevaricator would take that long to catch on; that s why I think you fall into the latter category. You probably only became more
