I'm surprised at the negativity - I lived at Brandywood from 7/1998-7/2000. The management wasn't OVERLY helpful, but they took care of the basics as far as what I requested.

I did have loud neighbors below me (nothing like thump-thumping music to make you go GRRRRRR), and *I* had to go down to talk to them several times before they "got it" that they were, gasp, bugging me.
