Carlyle Court

5900 Curry Ford Rd, Orlando, FL 32822

12/03/13 by rhodessarah: This really was a great place to spend our first year living together! I love the flowers and the pool area and the staff was great. We would go for our daily run around the neighborhood which was always nice, but we hate we have to move back to South Florida and leave such a wonderful place. Thanks for the memories we really enjoyed staying here. more

Kensington Cottages (formerly Woodland Apartments)

2909 Burroughs Drive, Orlando, FL 32818

06/20/14 by uniqua92: The apartment just got new management. The old staff was very friendly. They didn't seem to have much business experience though. They didn't give receipts after paying rent. And it took a while for maintenance to come. It took them about 3 weeks to come cut a whole in the floor covering for the dryer. So I just did it myself. They also came to fix a light that wouldn't work and more

Lake Ivanhoe Shores & Yale Townhomes

1730 Gurtler Court, Orlando, FL 32804

01/27/13 by anonymous: I've been living here for just under a year now and I can't say enough great things about it. The grounds are clean and well-kept. The buildings were freshly painted last year and they look great! There is always parking behind the buildings if you can't get one on the main drive. I've never had an issue with bugs, smells, etc. There is hardly any noise, except the more

Villa Tuscany

753 Sherwood Terrace Drive, Orlando, FL 32818

07/19/13 by anonymous: I absolutely love this complex. The only reason we did not renew our lease is because of commute. The staff is helpful, the apartments are spacious and clean and the residents for the most part are friendly and easy to live around. I highly recommend this complex to anyone! more

Knights Landing

3074 Southern Pine Trl, Orlando, FL 32826

02/10/14 by LunyLovegood: I lived here for 3 years while I was attending UCF and I loved it! The only reason I moved out was because I needed a 1/1 after I graduated and they only have 2/2. The maintenance staff always responded to my requests within 24 hours. Mayra, the office woman, was very nice and polite and always helped me when I had questions or concerns. Judging from these reviews, others don't see more

Danube Apartments

5818 Strasberg Ter, Orlando, FL 32807

12/10/13 by anonymous: Been here for almost 2 years and had no problems on my side of the community. There are some flaws like everywhere but nothing so disturbingly that makes it impossible to live. Everything I have requested from management has been taken care of in a timely manner. People who complain are the ones making this community impossible for them to live. There always other places they can move. more

Windmill Point (formerly Alafaya Trail)

2501 North Alafaya Trail, Orlando, FL 32826

07/29/14 by noodlesthecat: This place is OK. The very best thing about Windmill Point is that there are no german cockroaches, at least not in my unit. I spoke with the maintenance man when I first moved in and he said hes only seen them in one unit in the complex. I would probably move out if I wasn't so thrilled with having a bug free apartment. I feel that my rent is way too high for such an old, and in my opinion, more

Post Parkside Orlando

425 E Central Blvd, Orlando, FL 32801

06/17/14 by JasonDal: I've lived here at post in a 3b3b townhome for a little over a year and half now and resigned once thus far. I felt compelled to come on here to give props where props are due. My experience here has been awesome and I'm sad to say I'll probably be moving upon the end of the lease. Not because I'm unhappy with my experience, but my other roommates are moving on and I can't more

Summerfield Apartments

4581 S Kirkman Rd, Orlando, FL 32811

05/22/14 by anonymous: Terrible maintenance problems. Takes days to get fixed if you get them to come out. Break something every time they try to fix something. Refuse to call for overnight or weekend contractors to fix thing. Terrible roach and pest issues, even after their 3rd rate company comes over. Also lucky if you can get them to answer phone and are rarely in the office during posted office hours. more

Waldengreen Apartments

4771 Walden Cir # C, Orlando, FL 32811

01/31/13 by anonymous: First, let me mention Waldengreen is now known as "Riva Apartments," and it appears it was recently renovated just before I moved in. I'm not really much of a complainer, and there's a lot of stuff to like about this place. It's mostly quiet (besides the kids running around and the occasional weekend salsa music blaring) and as far as I can tell basically more
