Not too shabby - I have a friend who lives in the the 2bd 1.5br and he loves it there. It's not a bad apartment complex, but you do have to kind of watch your belongings. I've noticed at night, that there are police who drive around in the neighborhood making sure that everything is safe. But like any apartment complex, there is always a few bad seeds living there.
