The place is very clean looked brand new when I moved in. The neighborhood itself is quiet I do not hear people in the apartments around me and there are not people hanging out in the breeze ways or on the corners. I FEEL WELCOMED - I checked out the reviews and wasnt pleased with the negative remarks. I look at it like this the apartments may not be ritzy but they roomy and mgmnt staff was courtesy and respectful.
