The new management took over and immediately increased the rent. The rent went up when they got a gate. The gate never works. The rent gets increased twice a year. At least. When my lease was up we found a better place. The floor plan is why we moved in. We always choose the top floor unit at any place we live, we hate the noise above. It didn;t matter at that place. Colony Club - Located in bad schooling district. Pest control problems (ants would always come in the hundreds through the sink and crevices in the wall during the summertime). Poor lawn service. Management is the worst - The management here is horrible. They can never answer a question or keep anything straight. When I moved out, I owed $20 for repairs. We love it here!!! These reviews are not accurate - We have lived here since 2007 and really enjoy Enders Place condo's. The staff is very professional and does a great job!
