I live in Victoria Pointe from April 2001 thru June 2004. It had a different management than it does now that it is condo converting.
I loved living there and only left because I was needed something closer to work, in Lake County.

I LOVE MY APARTMENT! I moved in 6mos ago after checking 5 communities in the area. The rent here was on the higher side but not the most expensive, but was definitely the nicest.
