I totally agree with the review on 11/6/2012. This is border line "ghetto". Nothing works not even the doors so come on in you don't need a white card. Windows leak, air conditioners are "very old" and will not cool properly. It stinks in the hallways due to garbage being out In an uncooled hallway for hours.
