OK, SO THE APARTMENTS ARE OLDER BUT LETS FACE IT, EVERY APARTMENT HAS IT'S FAULTS THAT I HAVE RENTED. I LIVED IN A APARTMENT ACROSS THE STREET BY THE CREDIT UNION IT WAS CALLED KNIGHTS LANDING FOR 6 MONTHS AND THE NOISE FROM THE OTHER STUDENTS AND MY A/C NEVER WORKING CAUSED ME TO MOVE OUT OF THERE. THAT PLACE WAS ALSO OLD AND IT LOOKED LIKE IT INSIDE.

hahaha Well at least we know the manager knows how to use the internet. I lived here while going to UCF. The place is simply awful. The place is full of roaches. Many times I had to chase gang members off my front stoop. The laundry machines were alway broken. The walls are paper thin. Frequently the dumpsters overflowed and the staff would just walk by the festering bags for days rather than putting them into the dumpster after it had been emptied. Stray dogs would come to feed on the garbage. Noise complatins are ignored and repairs are made only after you pester the office to death. Oh yeah, if you see a new carpet in the unit don't be fooled. The old one is still there underneath it.

OH my, it is quite obvious that this is a rebuttal to the previous posting with the photos. This does not sound like a resident. the statements are quite plastic like. Knights Landing? Is that one over by the Bank? Never seen it.

Okay this is a crock of ----. I know this review is towards me becasue I am moving there soon. yes it not brand new and yes it outdated. (it was built in 1986)but i rather spend what I spend at knights landing then what i was paying at your piece ---- establishment. you guys charged me basically 700 for a ------ one bedroom when i will be paying that at knights landing for a 2 bedroom and 2 bath and much more! ooo poor addison place did i get you mad cause i exposed you for who you truly are maybe now you people stop tryna scam folks. hardworking folks who pay their rent!
