University Villas my have changed their name to Addison Place but I bet it is still the same ---- hole I lived in.

When I first visited the complex they showed me this wonderful model. Seeing the model and the price I quickly choose to move in.

What a mistake. After I had signed all of the leasing papers they gave me one last paper to sign. A disclaimer that told me there was Lead in the walls and I could not hold them liable if anyone was to get sick. I still went ahead with the move. When I opened my apartment for the first time it reeked of smoke. I complained to the management and they told me they had no other apartments they could give me. They also refused to deep clean the carpets. But I think this ---- was inbedded in the walls. Since I could not go back to my old place I decided to stick it out. I went for a year (they length of my lease) with people asking me if I smoked. This ---- got into my clothes, hair and furniture the crap was everywhere. The bad part about it was I don't smoke.

Lets talk about the pest. They infest the apartments like the smoke. They have roaches, ants, and ---- you don't have name for. One night I woke up to my girlfriend screaming. An ant had bit her on the eye. She had an allergic reaction and her eye was swollen. Luckly Wal-Mart is around the corner. The next morning we found bites on her ass too.

Don't go in the pool. It is likely you may catch a STD or some flesh eating virus. Not to mention the ticks form the damn dogs that spend the day doing laps.

The construction is cheap and shoddy. The walls are paper thin. I had rappers next door and a teckno DJ down stairs. Both decided to practice at two in the morning every night. If you are a college student you will get no sleep.

Management and maintence is also crappy. The management was unresponsive and maintence showed up when they felt like it. The one good thing I can say about the management is they gave me my entire security deposit back. The ---- was broken before I got there.

They only way new mangement could of fixed this place would be to tear the damn thing down and start over from scrtach. I would not recommend this place to my enemies.

wow, that's insane. yeah me & my boy rented an apt also in 2006, cause VCC doesnt provivde dorms. MAN WHEN I TELL YOU THAT ALL I SAW WAS HOODLUMS & ILLEGAL ALIENS (-------- MOSTLY), I AINT LYIN'. We were paying $720 for an unfurished apartment, come to find out they are renting the same size units in the same conditons for $545,$599,$600,$625,$650. When i asked the owner in the front why they charge all different prices for the same size units, I was told; " that was the special for that month." Now, check this out for real, two other people moved in the same week as I and they paid cheaper. WHAT A CROCK OF SH--! I HOPE THEY GET SHUT DOWN AND JAILED FOR THE INJUSTICES THEY HAVE CASUED MANY OF US!

yeah you should see what i posted. i actually put photos to prove it. these people think its a joke. i pray to god they go to jail for this too. I mean why would scam people whoppay their rent! they been doing this for years upon years! they give you any rate they desire.
