I could go on and on about how horrible my living experience was at this building, but I won't delve back into the memories. But just an idea: horrible roach problem, TERRIBLE neighbors, and a broken water heater. That's just the beginnings. Save yourself the time and the money and stay the hell away from this ghetto ass establishment.

OMG! I lived here when hey were University Villas. I have never seen so many roaches in my life. I literally slept with the lights on for the first week and used about 5 cans of Raid. My neighbors were obviously dealing drugs and there were thugs in and out all night. I was scared. Ended up leaving by the end of my first month to a better building, but I must say that Management were very professional and I was not charged for breaking my lease and my security deposit was returned. OK for a single college student.
