My short stay at University Villas was a nightmare, but nothing compared to the continuing problem I have had since I left. I shared an apartment with a friend in the summer of 00. We were shown a model, not allowed to view the real apartments, same set-up as everyone else it seems. I was there three months, but I got a job out of state. I read the renter's rights carefully and gave them proof of my new employment and 30 days notice. I even sent an extra copy to them later. Two years after the move a bill for $4500 shows up on my credit. I call and the staff member said that it would be taken care of. I never rec'd in writing what I had requested, and it STILL has not been removed from my credit - they don't seem to have any information in my file about my job/move and the credit company says that they need to remove the bill. The staff has been unmoving in this matter, unfriendly and refuses to communicate with me unless I badger them. The conditions of the place were horrible, and I would BEG that you not support this shady company in ANY capacity. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

I have lived in Addison place for two years. I have had no problem a lease is a lease the only way to terminate a lease at Addison place is to sublit the apartment. I guess your new job pays kind of shity if you cant just pay the bill and move on with your life.

I Dont care I no longer live at U. villas (addison place) for couple years now. and I kinda went threw the same issues with my mom. Free Information act & Free Speech act.
