We were shown a model apartment and never allowed to know which one until the Day we moved in . We were never allowed to see the apartment.
all the amenities described at the time of viewing rarely worked or were in poor condition. Lots of drugs and very noisy at night. We had a very hard time sleeping.
We brought our concerns to the Manager several times and nothing was ever done. Maintanance requests were slow or never done.
Pest control was a joke. Major problems with aunts and roaches. Our unit was one of the better ones and it was in very poor condition although they put in new carpet and painted. This was more like a coverup for all the problems that existed.
Very poor management and no response to the concerns we had as tenants. I was over all
disappointed.
One great thing was it is near to transportation and convenient for University of Central Florida employees and students. Not a good family situation.
