University Villas has changed it's name to Addison Place. Be warned!

I lived here while going to UCF. The place is simply awful. The place is full of roaches. Many times I had to chase gang members off my front stoop. The laundry machines were alway broken. The walls are paper thin.
Frequently the dumpsters overflowed and the staff would just walk by the festering bags for days rather than putting them into the dumpster after it had been emptied. Stray dogs would come to feed on the garbage.
Noise complatins are ignored and repairs are made only after you pester the office to death.
Oh yeah, if you see a new carpet in the unit don't be fooled. The old one is still there underneath it.

Well guess it's safe to say that you are now living in large, beautiful home all alone with no neighbors and no problems other than lonliness and a substantial mortgage that you can't even afford....OOOhh, I'm sared!!!!
