I have never had such a good experience at a complex. I lived in a 2/1 for 13 months and then in a 1/1 for 14 months and the only problem I ever had was someone stole a tire and the seat off my bike. I never had noise problems, safety concerns, etc. It's a clean, well-managed, beautiful complex in a pretty part of town. I'm trying to convince my roommates that we should all move back!
