I've lived in Alexandria since May 2002 and the only problem I've ever had is that my ceiling leaks at the french doors during hard rain. Without replacing the majority of the rook, the problem can not be fixed. Any other maintenence requests have been handled immediately. They've even done random maintenence checks and I've come home to all new light bulbs and air filters. The only noise I occasionally hear is the bass from someone watching a movie next door, but you have to listen hard to hear it. I'm on the 3rd floor and have an amazing view of the Magic Kingdom fireworks from my living and bed rooms. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone!
