There is always trash lying around the property. The office staff can never find any of my packages that are delivered to me. It seems that if you don't bring the sticker left on your door or the one left in your mailbox they can't seem to find the package. The next day the package automatically shows up because you have the sticker that was left from the postmaster!!!!! NOT VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! The exterior lights don't come on early enough...have called a number of times and they can't seem to get it right. The office staff acts like we (the residents) are a bother to them. Don't they know that without residents they will not have a job... I will not renew my lease, I should have stayed at the Alexan at Metrowest. (much nicer) vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
