I've been here for almost a year now and I am definately renewing my lease. The office staff has been nothing but courteous to us. For the location, the price is amazing. The only downsides I've seen are the parking situation (there is none), and we've had a reoccuring problem with ants in the apt. On a side note they held up amazingly through 3 hurricanes, and we only lost power for maybe 5-6 hours total. It's a good place.
