My husband and I have been living in Alexandria since July 2004. We have been in many different apartment complexes in the last few years and this is by far the best. I have had no noise problems or maintenence issues. The grouds are kept very well. The pool and fitness center are clean too. During the hurricanes the building held up very well. Our building only lost power about an hour each one. My only complaint is the parking. I come home late at night and I sometimes have trouble finding a space. I have always found a space to park though, even though it may be a building or 2 down. Many people are lazy and park along the curb and in the street even though there are spaces available. Those are the complainers. This is a great apartment. I love it here. We originally wanted a house, but now I'm in no hurry! I'll be renewing my lease.

you obviously work for the complex. No hurry to get a house, right? You enjoy throwing your money away instead of making money in Orlando where the real estate is top 10 in U.S right now. Shut up!!!!!!!!!!!!
