Yes the apartments may look good, but after you sign the contract be ready for dealiing with the management staff.

None of the staff seems to ever follow thru with the promises that they make even if they are writing.

They will make demands that are in conflict with the provisions covered in your lease.

Noise is unbearable at unbearable levels most of the time.

after over ten noise complaints, filed with management. they completely disreguarded them after promising to rectify the situation

When move out day comes:
**BEWARE** of metric managemnet staff and the refunding of your deposit.

After having the walkthrough upon moving out and returning the keys we got in writing the there would be no charges.
but when the refund of deposit came in the mail 18 days later it was missing more than $100.00. $90 for water bills that were already paid and a pro-rated day for the apartment that they charged even though they admitted in writting that it was a mistake and 40 days later I still DO NOT have my deposit.

FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE TO LIVE!!!
