Ligts not working, trees not trimmed, bushes overgrown, fence falling down and rusting,breezeways not cleaned, no parking,
noisy, took me three months to convince them a garage was empty to rent, trash left on grounds, now taping up tacky signs everywhere with duct tape, mutiple calls emails unreturned, after hurricanes it took too long for very little repair, they do keep the grass cut but that is an outside contractor, office is on other property next door that i do not live in, newsletters are out of date before printed,
the actual apartments are nice with some of the best flooplans in town, not enough dog doo places, not enough speed bumps, loud cars,loud neighbors, doors slam easily,stairs noisy, you have to really convince management there is a problem before they check it out, is convienient to disney, do not keep outside of garages clean, do not put in parking where they could very easily. Only offering short leases now. Going Condo'''' High office staff turnover, They absolutely do not listen to needs or suggestions only money. Dumpsters unchecked on weekends
