I highly do not recommend these apartments. After a series of crimes were commited, the apartment did not notify the tenents that there was any concerns for safety. The apartment was hit again. Things were stolen that could have been prevented with a simple letter from the office. There was even a theft in broad daylight in which the criminal tried to run a guy over. When asked what the apartment planned to do about the crimes, they said "nothing"

The grounds are dirty. Broken glass is left shattered all over the parking lot. You can hear everything in the apartments above you including talking and walking. Appliances have issues. the layout leaves a lot to be desired in areas. Among other things.

Please avoid these apartments and DO NOT buy them as condos when they are sold. They may look good at first glance, but you will be disappointed.
