I moved here last August and when I first moved in I thought it was nice, but it slowly started going down hill from there.
The management has changed and they are the worst managers I have ever encountered. We receive random notices on our doors regarding rent. When we go in to ask about it they say we didnt pay rent when we did. Come to find out they had been posting it to the wrong account. Even after this was resolved the property manager forgot to tell the lawyer the mistake and we came home to an eviction notice on our door as well as having to pay a $250 lawyer fee.
Our rent amount was changed when the apartments went under equity residential but no one informed us and they are saying that was always the rent amount.
The staff is rude and very slow to help you when you come in.
The property manager has no idea what she is doing. If you have questions or concerns she has no idea how to answer them. She cannot handle confrontation and refuses to speak with you if you have a problem with something. She makes us write the questions in a letter and send it to her. What kind of manager is that'
Our apartment has had a bug problem as well as a snake problem which they refused to check on. We are also on the 3rd floor yet still had a flood problem in our walls during hurricane season.
The gym equipment is always broken for loooong periods of time and there is usually a wait for a treadmill.
The road to get to the apartment constantly has road construction that has never been worked on and is high traffic area because it is so close to disney. A lot of places wont even deliver to our complex.It also has no street lights so you feel very unsafe if you are walking anywhere.
It says its a gated community but its not. There have been car thefts and break ins since I moved in.
The only nice part is the pool, but its florida and there are pools and beaches everywhere.
Orlando is full of apartment complexes, if you want to be happy with your choice then dont live here. You will regret it.
