Where do I start' This place has gone downhill fast since the new management company took over. The office staff always seems bothered when a resident comes in, they are very rude. Repair men are hardly ever around, and they always cut corners when repairing anything. We have bugs a plenty, puke in the hallways that never gets clean & stains, people peeing out in the open. Our neighbors are a lot of college age men (All from a Golf school that rents out units in ALL buildings, not wrangled to one) making night life more like a constant frat party, cars/bikes/anything not tied down, stolen out of parking lot nightly and staff refuses to let residents know or do anything about it, and they are trying to sell these as condos'!' HA! You want $200,000 for my 2BR hurricane damaged mold bug hole' Not me, we are out in a couple of months...
