The management at Alexandria/Parc view thinks that they can charge whatever they want without providing even the basic necessities of apartement living. THERE IS NO PARKING HERE! THERE IS NO SECURITY HERE! No matter what management says about the current "resurfacing project" they are NOT creating any more parking. They rent the apartements to as many as six college students per unit, all of them having their own cars. The complex is only designed to have two cars per unit.

You do the math.

Durring the reccent repainting and rehabbing of the entire complex it was necessary to remove my bedroom window for two days while the wall was replaced (all the buildings suffered in the hurricanes and the whole complex had to be rehabed due to mold). I had workmen in and out at all hours of the day for over two months (durring which time I had to leave my 60 lb dog and 13 lb cat locked in a tiny bathroom). I work nights and couldn't get any sleep because of the pounding and hammering. Needless to say, they never offered any kind of compensation for the inconvience except to raise the rent and to put nasty stickers on my car when I couldn't find a regular space and was forced to park on a curve.
