Sure the grounds are pretty, and it all looks good on paper, but this place will never be home or anything close to it. There is never enough parking, there is no security. The office staff is nice enough, but completely clueless. There is no communication between them, they send out erroneous bills, demanding payment on random days of the month, always threatening to kick you out at a day's notice. Organization is severly lacking.
