Rats, roachs Bad Customer Service

I have lived here for two years and hate it. The first apartment had a BIG rat that looked like a cat, so I moved to a new unit. The second unit air condition broke 4 times once it took over a month to fix, dishwasher broke. The customer service for all of the leasing office sucked except for Glenda and Lauran, Janice the head of maintenace is rude and nasty. DONT MOVE IN unles your nasty, love rats and bad customer service
