Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
Although the interior of the apartment was nice, It was a nightmare trying to get management to change a very nasty, pet-urine-stained carpet from the previous tenant.

The exterior of these very old buildings was always dirty and poorly lit at night.

The office staff was very unprofessional and never seemed to know the meaning of customer service.
