I have been a long-term resident for almost five years. After this past rental term, I shall not be renewing. what used to be a very nice property, run by fairly professional people has turned into the ghetto-fabulous circus from hell. They love you money, but you'd better be a general handyman if anything breaks down. Noise levels can be psychotic at times. Manager never responds to requests for a call back. maintenenace is a total joke. Run, don't walk, to anyplace but here.
